Our tour guides are lively, knowledgeable and ready to help you have a memorable experience.
If you live in the San Saba area and would like to become a tour guide, please contact us for information about our docent training program.
The museum is an all-volunteer organization operating under the direction of the Board of Trustees. Our officers are: Lynn Blankenship, President; Clione Rochat, Vice President; Pat Johnson, Secretary; David Williams, Treasurer; Mike Johnson, Public Information and Development.
The museum is supported only by donations, grants and membership dues. We are interested in receiving artifacts which will help us better tell the story of the people who settled and built this area. Our curator is Aileen Roberts.
Educational tours are available for school groups or other special interest organizations.
We welcome the mobility-impaired and have convenient parking near the front entrance. Our aisles are wide enough to accommodate visitors with walkers or wheelchairs.
For help in planning a tour or to get more information about our facility, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org for information.
